 There are probably already people in your congregation that have a strong and healthy ministry going. It may be small right now but with some help it could really grow. Seek it out. Encourage and support those ministries and see what God can do.</div>

Dream big. Most churches only see mediocre results because their vision is limited by their lack of faith. Is your leadership ready to dream the big dream? Don't walk unless you are willing to run. Pick something that fits your church skills and calling and get ready to produce a big result.

Many leaders waste valuable time and energy trying to push the unwilling uphill. STOP!! Work with the willing. You only want to work with people that want to work with you. Seek out the receptive, encourage them, support them and watch as God helps them florish.

 How open is your church to new and innovative ideas? Life comes from opening channels of communication and being willing to at least listen to the creative, maybe even radical, ideas to reach people for the kingdom. Innovation keeps your ministries healthy and vibrant.

 The energy is there - it just needs to be directed, Your church probably alrady has all the talent and energy to grow and reach your community. It just needs to be released and directed in the right places.
