Crisis 101 Online Course
Rule 1

Realize that God means for you to be where you are

Peter writes "Don't be surprised at the fiery ordeal that comes to you". Trials, troubles, and crisis many times surprise us, even anger us. Learn what it means to see God in "all" things.
Rule 2

Be more concerned for God's glory than your relief

Most of the time our cry is "God get me out of this mess!!" Dr. Morgan helps us to see that God"s glory is much more important than our immediate rescue.
Rule 3

Acknowledge your enemy, but keep your eyes on the Lord

Satan is often given more credit than he is due. He is a "roaring lion" seeking to devour us, but our eyes need to be focused on the One who is our refuge, strength and deliverer.
Rule 4

PRAY!!

Prayer, our main source of strength and wisdom, can often be the last thing we think of when faced with crisis. Prayer keeps us centered, focused, and near to God. Listen close to this one.
Rule 5

Stay calm and confident, give God time to work

"Those that wait upon the Lord will renew their strength" but we don't want to wait when difficulty comes. Learn how to avoid PANIC MODE and be productive while we wait on God.
Rule 6

When unsure, just take the next logical step by faith

Crisis can often paralyze us, we become clouded with uncertainty and don't know what to do. Sometimes simply taking the next logical step is the best answer. God can direct as we move.
Rule 7

Envision God's enveloping presence

Discover what it means to embrace the grace of God. Dr. Morgan gives us insight on how God's presence can sustain us in the midst of difficulties.
Rule 8

Trust God to deliver in His own unique way

"God moves in mysterious ways". We have often heard that phrase.  Do we believe it? This challenging lesson shows us that God may not deliver how or when we expect.  In fact, His deliverance may be painful.

Rule 9

View your crisis as a faith builder for the future

Learn that faith, like our muscles, grow with exercise. It may be hard, almost exhausting, when our faith is stretched. Find how God will use your faith to help others as you grow stronger.
Rule 10

Don't forget to PRAISE Him

Crisis leads us to PRAISE! Ouch! Praise can be very difficult in the midst of trouble. The letter from James tells us to "Count it all JOY" when we face trials. Hear the testimonies of praise and listen as Dr. Morgan coaches us on how to do the same.
